Program Assistant |
SUMMARY
Performs personal care for participants and assists management in implementing activity programs; and is required to substitute at any Neighborly Center when ratio requirements (client census) dictate.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience or CNA/HHA certification
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Abuse and Criminal Background Check
- CNA/HHA Certified, if applicable
- Statement of Good Health and TB Test
- CPR Certification as required by A.H.C.A
