We invite you to join us for a nutritious meal at one of our Senior Cafes in Pinellas County. Diners can enjoy a variety of fun activities such as karaoke, movies, group exercise, outings, and a delicious lunch.

Activities start at 11 am. Lunch is served at noon. Transportation is available.

Diners also receive nutrition education and health advice.

Home is Where the Heart Is

Neighborly Senior Cafes offer adults 60 and older with a fun place to socialize and enjoy delicious cuisine for. Along with a hot, nutritious meal, Neighborly offers participants informational programs, entertainment, and activities.

Our meals provide 1/3 of the Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) for a moderately active 70-year-old woman.

This is about 600 calories, 30 g protein, 75 g carbohydrates and 20 g fat, 7 g fiber and less than 767 mg of sodium. The meals also provide adequate vitamins and minerals for older adults.

One-on-one Nutrition Counseling

One-on-one nutrition counseling is free for adults over age 60. Do you need help with maintaining a healthy weight, managing your diabetes, heart disease, or kidney disease, or have nutrition questions? Are you under age 60?
