Dining Site Coordinator

SUMMARY

Coordinate and oversee food service operations at a dining site with in Pinellas County, ensuring safe food handling, volunteer coordination, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with program standards. Travel required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage senior dining and Meals on Wheels site operations

  • Train, schedule, and support volunteers

  • Order, serve, and track meals; maintain inventories

  • Complete client records, assessments, and reports

  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and agency policies

QUALIFICATIONS

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Food service experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

  • Highly organized

  • Ability to lead small and large group activities.

  • Maintain client and agency confidentiality.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid FL driver’s license & reliable transportation
