Neighborly seeking food vendors for meals to home delivered and congregate dining clients in Pinellas County

Neighborly Care Network, Inc. is seeking vendors to deliver shelf-stable, hot, frozen/cold meals or a combination of both for home delivered meal and congregate dining clients located Pinellas County for January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2022. It is anticipated that this contract will begin on January 1, 2020.

Proposals may be written for congregate dining or home delivery of hot or frozen/cold meals or both. Neighborly Care Network may award more than one vendor contract for congregate dining and hot and frozen/cold meal delivery to clients in portions of Pinellas County. Proposals are due to the Neighborly Care Network administrative office no later than 3:30 PM, December 2, 2019.

Neighborly Care Network expects the bidding group to be a mix of businesses and organizations that have experience in the preparation and delivery of high-quality nutritious meals whether shelf-stable, hot, cold or frozen for eligible recipients and will provide quality service for the entire contract period. Proposals should demonstrate a combination of qualification and experience, quality products, quality services, creativity, innovation and responsiveness to changing demographics/preferences and emergencies, and reasonable costs.
